Eric manages multinational client accounts for privately owned and publicly held businesses, and family owned and closely held corporations. He specializes in tax consulting; compliance; tax controversy; sales and Use Tax Nexus Studies; and corporate taxation, including pass-through entities and limited liability companies. He reviews financial statement income tax provisions and provides corporate and personal consulting to companies prior to entering the public and private capital markets.
