John Ferro has nearly 40 years of experience in providing corporate finance services, resolving shareholder disputes, and providing accounting and valuation services. He specializes in providing opinions to U.S. and international corporations for transaction, tax, financial reporting and dispute purposes. John advises chief financial and accounting officers, tax executives, boards of directors and legal counsel.
He has successfully advised large corporations and privately owned companies on strategic alternatives including assessing the viability of a potential public offering, management buyouts and sale of entire companies or divestitures of non-strategic subsidiaries. John has provided valuations and fairness opinions for mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, leveraged buyouts, global reorganizations and going-private transactions.
Additionally, he serves as an advisor on acquisitions and divestitures of both healthy and distressed transactions. John is a nationally recognized expert on valuation matters in litigation, bankruptcy, and shareholder dispute matters. He has also participated in audit and valuation National Quality Review Programs.
