MICHAEL TRETTIN

Michael Trettin has over 20 years of public accounting and auditing experience. He is responsible for leading teams to complete audits, review and compilations primarily in retail, manufacturing, construction, non-profit and benefit plans. He also provides service to various companies requiring compliance with SEC rules and regulations.

Michael assists SEC companies with financial reporting, completes control assessments under Sarbanes Oxley 404, performs technical research and memos, and assists with financial close. He has assisted on several public and private offerings of client securities. Michael also led Iowa’s successful PPP Task Force, resulting in presenting as part of the Greater Des Moines Partnership Small Business Series

Michael is a licensed CPA in the state of Iowa. He is also the Iowa United Way Chair.
