Monish Banga has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and three years in private accounting. He specializes in individual and small business accounting and tax. Monish has extensive experience with start-up businesses, S Corporations, and LLCs in various industries, including the international sector. He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities and also has significant experience in reviews, compilations, and pension plans.

Monish works closely with his clients to develop strong business and personal relationships and stresses to his staff the importance of building lasting relationships with the client.

Monish is a licensed CPA in Virginia. He joined UHY in 2023 through the combination with Ross, Langan & McKendree, LLP, where he had been for over 20 years. He is the office managing partner for UHY’s McLean, Va., office.
