GARY DEGIOVANNI

Gary Degiovanni is a member of the Tax Practice who primarily works with middle-market, privately held companies, providing services such as tax planning, compliance, operational improvements, industry-specific taxes, and other related solutions. He has extensive experience with corporate and flow-through entities, navigating federal, multi-state, and local taxation complexities. 

Gary develops and implements strategies to improve operating efficiencies while identifying growth and tax-saving opportunities. He assists clients in responding to and reviewing correspondence with federal and state taxing authorities, protecting and maximizing their assets, and performing research on international, federal, and state taxation issues and regulations.
