Background
Harold Burns brings over 30 years of experience in public accounting to his role as a leader of the Audit and Assurance Practice and ERISA Audit Practice.
Harold performs partner reviews on audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements for private and publicly owned companies and retirement plans. He creates and implements costing systems for a wide variety of companies requiring assistance in strategic cost management, operations management, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, budgeting and valuation, and benchmarking.
Harold also coordinates system audits, procedural reviews, establishing proper documentation, and communicating with the ISO/QS Registrar, and helps companies improve their operations and profitability. Additionally, he develops industry-specific costing programs that manufacturers and automotive suppliers rely on for pricing, production and operations.
