JEFFREY SOLIS

Jeffrey Solis is a member of the Audit and Assurance Department and ERISA Audit Practice. He is also a leader of the firm’s National PEO Practice. Jeff specializes in performing audits and preparing financial statements for a wide range of national clients in the middle market. He audits retirement benefit plans such as 401(k) plans to ensure compliance with the US Department of Labor requirements. He also performs tax, review, and compilation engagements, and buy- and sell-side due diligence. Additionally, Jeff is a frequent PEO expert, called upon to address various tax and accounting issues for NAPEO members.
