JOSH KIRKBRIDE

Josh Kirkbride is a leading member of the Audit and Assurance Practice. He is also a leader of the firm’s industry group servicing petroleum marketers and member of the National Petroleum Practice.

Josh manages a group of professionals dedicated to providing comprehensive tax, audit, and business consulting services to companies in a variety of industries. He works extensively with middle-market companies, and specializes in strategic business consulting, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, operational improvements, industry-specific tax issues, and estate and business succession planning.

Josh assists clients on the sale, merger, or acquisition of a business, working closely with business owners to help protect their assets over the course of the deal. He facilitates annual petroleum and C-store best practices.
