Background
Keith Moore joined the firm in 1990 and is a leading member of the Tax Department, as well as a leader of the firm’s industry group that services petroleum marketers and member of the National Petroleum Practice.
Keith assists companies with developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operating efficiencies, protect assets, and increase profitability. He has consulted on numerous business transactions, providing buy-side and sell-side advisory, business expansion transactions, due diligence, financial analysis, profitability and cost-cutting analysis, tax strategies, IRS and state tax audits, and financing.
Keith assisted the Michigan Department of Treasury to resolve issues with a new filing system. He is a regular participant in UHY LLP Petroleum Briefing Webinar Series, and editor and contributor of UHY LLP Petroleum Insider newsletter.
