Michael is focused on emerging technology and software companies. He assists in mergers and acquisitions; public and private financing; debt/equity offerings; SEC regulatory issues/PCAOB standards audits; and domestic and multi-national entities. His commercial expertise includes revenue recognition and comprising multiple-element arrangements. His contract accounting business combines intangibles/goodwill cost accounting and inventories consolidations, variable interest entities, foreign currency translations, public and private debt, and equity financing.
Michael also has extensive experience serving not-for-profit entities, with a specialty in institutions of higher education and related entities.
