Background
Patrick Gregory joined the firm in 1978 and is a leader of the Tax Department. With more than forty years of accounting experience, he has an active role in developing tax strategies for a variety of clients.
Pat assists and represents clients in cases involving IRS scrutiny. He specializes in creating innovative tax strategies to help companies increase profits, preserve wealth, and achieve short- and long-term goals. Pat advises clients in estate, gift, and trust tax planning, and on the sale, merger, or acquisition of a business. He also prepares business forecasts and projections and assists in mergers and acquisition planning and transaction negotiations.
Pat is a frequent presenter for various corporate tax topics including mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, IRS audits and abatements, and retirement and estate planning.
