Background
Paul Juffer has more than 35 years of experience in business, finance and corporate governance and serves as the Managing Partner of the Iowa offices. He is well-versed in transaction services relating to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as capital formation and financing strategies, succession planning, and business strategy.
Paul’s experience includes assisting venture and private equity-backed portfolio companies as their interim-CFO, focusing on identifying and implementing financing strategies, value creation, mergers, acquisitions and exits. He provides a variety of buy- and sell-side advisory services, due diligence, and quality of earning analysis for publicly traded companies, family-owned middle-market companies and emerging businesses. In addition, Paul assists family-owned middle-market businesses with key financings, succession planning and work-out situations.
Paul is a licensed CPA in state of Iowa and holds Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 82 registrations as a registered representative. He has served on the board of directors for various publicly traded and private companies, including a special committee of board of directors in “go private transaction” for a publicly traded company.
