PAUL JUFFER

Paul Juffer has over 35 years of experience in business, finance and corporate governance. He serves as client service partner for many of Iowa’s largest CPA clients and provides advisory services for the firm’s consulting clients. Paul’s experience includes assisting venture and private equity-backed portfolio companies as their interim-CFO, focusing on identifying and implementing financing strategies, value creation, mergers, acquisitions and exits. He provides a variety of buy- and sell-side advisory services, due diligence, and quality of earning analysis for publicly traded companies, family-owned middle-market companies and emerging businesses. 

In addition, Paul assists family-owned middle-market businesses with key financings, succession planning and work-out situations. 

He is the Managing Partner of the UHY Iowa offices and oversees operations.
