Background
Ro Sokhi has close to 20 years of experience providing audit, accounting and finance services for public and private companies, including more than a decade with a Big Four firm. He completes audits for publicly listed companies, as well as pre-IPO and SPACs seeking to go public, and provides guidance relating to complex debt and equity arrangements, capital market transactions, and other technical accounting matters. His background includes extensive knowledge regarding SEC reporting requirements and regulations.
He has extensive experience completing PCAOB and AICPA audits for publicly-listed and private companies, and provides advisory services for pre-IPO, IPOs, SPAC transactions, and business combinations. His technical background includes SEC reporting and filing requirements, including reviewing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-4, and 8-K, as well as the foreign equivalents. Ro is well versed in domestic and international compliance standards, such as PCAOB, AICPA, U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and SOX standards.
Ro is a licensed CPA in the states of New York and New Jersey.
