Background
Todd Bensley has nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting and is a highly regarded tax subject matter expert for his knowledge of tax planning and compliance issues.
As leader of the National Tax Practice, he is responsible for disseminating tax information across all levels of the practice and ensuring quality control. Todd is also an active member of the firm’s National Personal, Estate, and Fiduciary Planning group. He oversees tax professionals in a wide range of service areas including international taxation, individual taxation, corporate taxation, estate and gift taxation, state and local taxation, and employee benefits across all regions.
Todd provides strategic planning, consultation, and transactional tax analysis for mergers and acquisitions and represents clients in controversial tax cases involving the Internal Revenue Service and other state and international tax authorities.
