Denise Pisciotta is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri. She joined the firm in 2007. Denise has extensive experience with broad spectrum of clients, including health care and not-for-profit, manufacturing, retailing, service organizations, and employee benefits. She provides tax consulting, advisory services, and compliance for closely held S-corporations, LLCs, partnerships, corporate consolidated groups with foreign entities, multi-state, and individuals, and she reviews both separate and unitary state filings, including state apportionment.

Denise assists clients with IRS examinations, researches complex federal and state issues, and assists with various types of mergers and acquisitions. She also has extensive experience with consulting and compliance of high-net-worth individuals, including retirement planning and tax saving strategies.
