Jackie Liu has more than a decade of experience in attestation, accounting and advisory services to both public companies in a wide range of industries. She developed strong expertise in complex technical issues and is familiar with both IFRS and US GAAP, internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) and SOX compliance. Jackie aids companies with their public filings, including IPOs, SPACs, Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and Form 20-F. She is also a member of our Asia Business Group and has extensive experience working with Asian companies on their international needs.

Jackie is a licensed CPA in the state of California.
