JAMES DANIELS

Jim Daniels manages the Albany tax practice, which includes oversight of all tax engagements. He has an extensive background serving a variety of entities with tax compliance and planning related to corporate, individual, estate, and state and local tax. Jim has vast knowledge of federal and state and local tax planning, and multi-state taxation.

Jim is a licensed CPA and attorney who creates, documents, and communicates complex tax savings strategies and entity structures, including successful representation before taxing authorities. He is also a frequent speaker on tax issues to outside businesses, organizations, and the media.
