Katherine Juarez specializes in international tax and has extensive experience in US taxation of cross border transactions and the impacts of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) on multinational companies. She has advised on U.S. international tax planning, compliance, provision and audits, providing creative and practical solutions to complex corporate structures and challenging tax landscapes. Prior to joining UHY, Katherine spent over 20 years with a large publicly traded oilfield services company and Big Four accounting firms in the U.S. and abroad.
