Kathy Crockett has more than twenty years of experience in both private and public accounting, with an emphasis on privately held companies. She provides comprehensive tax and business consulting services to middle-market companies in a variety of industries and builds strong relationships with private owners and finance and tax professionals. Additionally, Kathy has extensive knowledge of tax compliance issues, federal tax planning, state and local taxation, business forecasts and projections, and business plan preparation for startup and distressed companies.
Kathy serves as owner/controller contact for a wide range of both local and national client engagements. She provides strategic planning, consultation, and transactional tax analysis for mergers and acquisitions, and identifies opportunities to maximize profits, minimize taxes, and protect assets.
Kathy is a member of the Tax Department, and she also leads the GROW Committee for UHY’s WISE Michigan chapter.
