Steven Wendling is a member of UHY’s Board of Directors and is the partner responsible for marketing and business development for the Midwest Region. He has more than thirty-three years of experience, including nine years with a Big Four firm, where he primarily served the financial services and manufacturing industries. Steve also spent eight years in industry as both a controller and CFO prior to joining the firm in 2005.

Steve supervises audit engagements for small to large businesses with experience presenting to audit committees of both public and privately held companies. He has extensive merger and acquisition experience, both as auditor and as a controller and CFO. Steve also provides outsourced CFO services to privately held companies. Industries of focus include hospitality, private equity, real estate, technology, financial services and manufacturing.
