DONNA CROWLEY

Donna Crowley has more than 25 years of public accounting experience, Donna serves as an Audit Partner, delivering audit and assurance services that help clients strengthen financial reporting, maintain compliance, and enhance accountability. She specializes in governmental auditing and financial reporting, including financial statement and single audits for municipalities, school districts, and fire districts. Donna provides expertise in pre-audit review, engagement planning, internal control testing, financial statement preparation and quality control review, and supervision of audit teams. She manages the firm’s Governmental Services unit, overseeing audit engagements and ensuring adherence to applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she gained experience in both corporate accounting and public accounting, further strengthening her technical depth and practical perspective. She remains actively engaged in the governmental and education sectors through participation in organizations such as the NYS School Boards Association and the NYS Government Finance Officers’ Association, and regularly attends specialized conferences focused on Uniform Guidance, Yellow Book standards, and school district auditing. Donna also contributes to public sector governance as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for the Wallkill Central School District.
