Eric Ribachonek has ten years of experience providing audit, accounting, and business advisory services to various public and private commercial entities. He has significant knowledge in many industries and across multiple practices.

Eric’s professional experience includes managing and coordinating the timing and scope of client engagements and assuming full responsibility for directing engagements and special assignments, as well as performing and supervising all areas of audit work, including: planning, fieldwork, and reporting; preparation of financial statements and related disclosure; and providing management and internal control consulting services.

Eric performs due diligence and other acquisition-related services. He has significant experience with consulting matters on spin-offs and carve-outs of public and private entities, and is responsible for the professional and technical development of staff through on-the-job interaction and leading in-house training.
