Greg Pearson brings over 10 years of experience providing comprehensive tax and consulting services. His area of focus includes reviewing and preparing federal and state tax returns for a spectrum of entities, including corporations, partnerships, and individual trusts. He excels in international tax reporting, wealth and estate planning, and multi-state tax compliance, ensuring holistic fiscal management for his clients. 

He has experience defending clients during IRS and state audits and has extensive knowledge of tax credits and deductions, such as R&D and Fuel Tax credits. Greg also advises on M&A transactions and succession planning.
