IULIAN FLORICA

Iulian Florica is a member of the Tax Practice and the firm’s National Manufacturing & Automotive Practice. He works primarily with middle market, privately held companies providing tax compliance and consulting for partnerships, S‐Corps, C‐Corps, trusts, and individual clients with domestic and international exposure. He also has experience in corporate and flow‐through entity federal, multi-state, and local taxations.
