Kate keeps abreast of financial rules that pertain to both for-profit entities and non-profit organizations and provides thorough and precise analysis of various types of financial documents to ensure compliance with statutes, laws, administrative codes, and corporate regulations.
Kate has significant experience with the preparation of large, multi-state individual, partnership, and S-corporation returns. Her expertise in “nexus” or “business presence” tax issues allows her to provide clients with insightful tax compliance advice and analysis. She is also specialized in the preparation of Form 990 for exempt organizations.
Kate has served on the quality-control committee, continuing education and training committee, and marketing committee.
