Background
For more than twenty-five years, Paul Truber has provided tax and consulting services to a broad spectrum of businesses. Paul serves as a member of UHY’s Manufacturing & Distribution Team, and the Estate Planning Team. He is a trusted source to his clients for tax planning, research, consulting, and compliance. Paul’s experience enables him to identify opportunities to leverage tax laws, recommend best practices, and help maximize shareholder returns.
Paul has extensive experience dealing with complex corporate structures, and oversees and reviews federal tax returns, including consolidated corporate returns, S-corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. He provides research and development credit consultation and federal tax research and planning and oversees and reviews separate state and unitary tax returns for a number of multistate entities. He also conducts SALT research and planning.
Paul defends clients before the IRS and in state audits (income, and sales and use). In addition, Paul regularly consults in succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift tax planning.
