Sarah Hardee has over 24 years of experience working with local and national businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities. She has a concentrated background in financial reporting and auditing standards and provides peer review services to other CPA firms in the Southeast. Sarah serves as the quality control reviewer for the firm’s attest engagements, such as audits of manufacturers, contractors, and businesses in the service industry. She also has unique experience audits in accordance with the Uniform Guidance and employee benefit plans.
Sarah has extensive experience in consulting and advisory services with the firm’s clientele and has coordinated funding for a $65m leveraged ESOP and excels and being the “quarterback” for complicated transactions with her clients such as exit planning for one or more owners, valuation and sale of businesses and expanded locations through acquisitions.
