TERRY CONLEY

Terry Conley is a Tax Managing Director with over 30 years of experience providing strategic tax advisory, compliance oversight, and relationship management services to closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. He specializes in the preparation and review of complex tax filings and planning strategies involving S corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates. 

Terry also advises clients on IRS and state controversy matters, from audits through payment arrangements, while delivering thoughtful guidance on complex planning, documentation, and implementation. In addition to leading client engagements, he plays an integral role in business development and quality review initiatives that help ensure high standards of service and technical excellence. His experience includes structuring partnership buyout transactions, implementing ESOP strategies for business owners exiting their companies, advising on OBBB planning, and performing SALT analysis related to PTE, composite, and nonresident taxation.
