JD Geneser has over 30 years of experience in business and financial operations and leads Iowa’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice. JD has held executive positions in both private and publicly traded companies, where he gained substantial expertise in M&A and capitalization. His leadership experience includes serving as COO and CFO of GCommerce, COO of the Newton Group, COO of Data Transmission Network, Director of Finance and Controller for Broadcast Partners, and Audit Manager at KPMG.
JD assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, valuation services, business start-ups, capitalizations, business and strategic planning, operational and financial consulting, and succession planning. He often acts as their outsourced CFO, guiding them through the various stages of the business lifecycle.
