Background
Mark Bealin is the leader of the firm’s Resource Solutions Group in Michigan. He has an extensive management consulting background and has led international consulting businesses that provide finance and accounting project solutions, internal audits, IT audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and interim staffing solutions.
He is knowledgeable in supporting clients in re-engineering business processes, developing performance measurement approaches, and improving process efficiency. Mark has led major change initiatives at organizations that included technology implementation and organization/process re-design.
He has also established new businesses both domestically and internationally, facilitating the hiring of local management teams, developing marketing and sales approaches, and recruiting delivery staff.
Mark served as the lead client executive for services provided to multiple leading international organizations, including large financial services organizations and automotive manufacturers.
